Our company operates according to the Hungarian General Forwarding Conditions. Jurisdiction: Budapest.

Our subcontactor has CMR insurance wich is valid per max 10 EUR/kgs

The vehicles employed by us internationally have CMR liability insurance, the compensation limit of which is approx. 10.- eur / kg, but this does not replace shipment insurance, because CMR liability insurance only pays if the carrier is clearly responsible. In the event of damage, the insurer examines the weight of the damaged property, not the average weight. If your goods are valuable, please let us know! In all cases, but especially in this case, we recommend you to take insurance on you own as well! We are ready to help you with this. In the case of domestic transport, the vehicles have BÁF insurance. Please consult with our staff about the terms of this.

According to the relevant legislation, loading the goods onto the means of transport and removing the goods from the means of transport is the responsibility of the sender and receiver. If the driver helps in moving the goods in any way based on an on-the-spot agreement with the sender or recipient, V.T. It is completely independent from the transport activities of Donau Trans Hungária Kft.

Additional costs arising from the Client’s fault will be charged separately. Free waiting time for loading and unloading is 3 hours. Fines incurred due to excess weight, as well as consideration costs, will be invoiced by attaching the document certifying the excess weight. An oral or written agreement regarding the organization of transport is considered a case-by-case transport contract.

The loading and arrival times indicated verbally, in correspondence or in confirmation (especially in the case of partial loads) are only drafts, as they may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Method of payment: by bank transfer, by the agreed deadline. The default interest is twice the current central bank base rate.

We would like to inform you that on the basis of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council (GDPR), which came into force in Hungary on 25/05/2018, we use your data necessary for the performance of the contract for the conclusion of the contract. We do not release it to third parties, nor do we store it in a form and purpose that is contrary to the law.
